STUCK IN I DON’T KNOW
I don’t know is a constant companion to many of us, including me. What “I don’t know” does for us feels like protection and safety, but it just keeps us small and frustrated. It is a cloak we put on that seems warm and fuzzy but soon it is suffocating and we must remove it. I don’t know is simply the denial of trusting ourselves. It shows up in many ways but mostly by looking for all the answers outside of ourselves. It is a cloud of obstruction to the light within. When we can see this clearly it is a significant AHA moment. It allows us to strip ourselves of all the opinions, directives, social standards, and anonymity of fitting in, and flipping step into the wholeness of who we are. When we are ready to do this we step into our own intuition and inner guidance. That wholeness of who we really are leading us moment by moment throughout our day. Letting go of the need to control and stepping into embracing the day!
You can tell you are in I don’t know energy when you are constantly seeking answers from social media, books, podcasts, classes, and consuming all kinds of information. All of these are great when used to enhance and inspire, but not to answer our personal I don’t know.
You will know you are in trust energy when you move throughout your day following your inner guidance and knowing it will take you exactly where you need to go. Each interaction is presented as a means to further clear the path you are on. In this clearing comes clarity and clarity opens up your ability to intuition and when we listen in our guidance gives us the next step.
We don’t need to have the answers to the questions that are not relevant for the moment we are in. We just take a step at a time with our inner guidance showing us the way. We no longer need the I don’t know energy because trust energy allows us the knowledge of the right step at the right time.
This creates authentic beingness. It is this beingness that makes us feel alive, vibrant, clear, certain, and ready for more!!
